Dell XPS 13 (L321X) Ultrabook Review - units of 13in thin received praise for
the design of all who saw it, was not always the case. Most of the time I would hear from people when they think something is too ugly or too big for their needs; some may even go into detail about the missing ports and other features. With Dell, it seems, looks count more than just features and IT
managers really expressed reservations about the lack of ports on the
side.
Dell XPS 13 (L321X) to a screen that has a native resolution of 1366x768 using a base of carbon fiber and Gorilla Glass tied to its LCD screen, the XPS 13 weighs just under 1.4kg and it's not your run-of-the-mill Ultrabook. Much attention to detail has been paid by way of the notebook looks and feels, and Dell has been very successful with this. On the inside, it has an Intel Core i7-2637M CPU, integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics, 4GB of DDR3 SDRAM and a 256GB solid state drive. This is a high-end configuration that gives the XPS 13 a little more rugged than most Ultrabooks in the market
Dell XPS 13 (L321X) on the keyboard has the same rounded keys that we saw from the previous Dell units such as the XPS 14z, backlit, chiclet keyboard on the XPS 13 feels more crisp. A Cypress Trackpad touchpad installed and it is one large (100x62mm) with a smooth texture. XPS 13 has a dual-band 802.11n Wi-Fi (courtesy of Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230 adapter), which can facilitate a fast enough network file transfer. Battery life Dell XPS 13 has a 47 Watt-hour rating. It lasted 3 hr and 27 minutes where power management is disabled, Wi-Fi is turned on, the screen brightness is maximized and Xvid-encoded video looped.
